Our conversation unfolded at 2 a.m. in the United States, just as Tiffany Nguyen had concluded a full day balancing her roles as an entrepreneur, wife, and mother. “This is quite common, I’ve grown accustomed to this rhythm”, shared the woman who so effortlessly embodies both competence in her career and devotion to her family.
With a youthful appearance and boundless energy, Tiffany Nguyen is currently the CEO of KT Land Realty, a real estate company based in Westminster, California. It would not be an overstatement to say that she is a woman of extraordinary beauty and talent. In 2024, Tiffany achieved yet another milestone when she was crowned Miss Vietnam Continents at the 22nd edition of this prestigious global pageant. Her journey in the world of beauty competitions had begun years earlier when she won the title of Mrs. Globe Vietnam USA 2013 at Miss Atlantic City.
Miss Vietnam Continents
As a busy businesswoman with limited time, Tiffany reflected on her decision to enter the Miss Vietnam Continents 2024 pageant. “What inspired me to participate was the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all over the world”, she revealed. In the pageant, her white ao dai, inspired by angelic wings, radiated purity, while her shimmering, gem-encrusted evening gown represented the grandeur of royalty, helping her shine brilliantly on stage. Among 19 contestants from across the globe, Tiffany’s poise and presence secured her the crown.
Recalling her most memorable moment from the competition, Tiffany Nguyen shared, “The preparation for the evening gown and ao dai segments was particularly unforgettable. Before the pageant, I had both outfits tailored in Vietnam, but I wasn’t certain they would arrive on time. That moment forced me to act quickly and make decisive choices to ensure everything was handled”.
Talented and beautiful bussiness woman
Fortunately, her decisiveness and inner strength helped her stand out, leading her to claim the highest title. Beneath her gentle and graceful demeanor lies a strong and determined spirit. “Women take on the incredible dual roles of being mothers and wives while managing their families”, she noted. “I truly believe that every woman is already an entrepreneur in her own right. The ability to organize one’s daily life seamlessly, balancing societal and familial roles, requires a natural leadership that all women possess”.
Through her participation in the pageant, Tiffany aimed to “demonstrate the beauty, talent, and resilience of Vietnamese women to the world. For me, the competition was deeply meaningful, as it provided a platform to express my love for my homeland through the traditional ao dai”.
Winning the title of Miss Vietnam Continents 2024 in the United States allowed her to champion the values of Vietnamese women on a global scale. “It’s an opportunity to spread the goodness and compassion of Vietnamese women through philanthropic activities, fostering kindness, and helping more people in need”, she shared.
While the title is a cherished memory in her journey, Tiffany’s true passion lies in business. Never one to confine herself to a comfort zone, she continues to build her career as both a pageant titleholder and a multifaceted entrepreneur. As the CEO of KT Land Realty, her vision was inspired by the Vietnamese ideal of “an cu lac nghiep” – establishing a stable home as the foundation for prosperity.

KT Land Realty specializes in commercial real estate transactions, but more importantly, it offers programs to assist individuals facing hardships in owning their homes. “Beyond business, my mission is to help as many people as possible build stable lives and brighter futures”, Tiffany explained. Starting with the dream of supporting others in creating their own homes, she personally reached out to financial institutions, building partnerships to create an ecosystem that could make the dream of homeownership accessible for those with limited means.
“My deepest wish is to help people create a safe haven they can call their own. You see, for many, owning a home feels like a distant dream. Every time I see the joy in a client’s eyes as their dream becomes a reality, I know I’ve made the right choice. That sense of purpose drives me to persist, no matter the challenges”, she confided.

As the Lunar New Year approaches, Tiffany Nguyen joyfully shared that she and her family are preparing ao dai for a traditional photoshoot. Now blessed with a supportive husband – Nick Nguyen and a young son just over a year old, she credits her family as the steadfast pillar behind her soaring ambitions.
“My husband has always been attentive, understanding and unwaveringly supportive”, Tiffany said with a smile. “Family is the foundation that enables me to chase my dreams”.
At the end of our conversation, she shared, “I believe that no matter where we live in the world, we remain Vietnamese at heart. That’s why I treasure and strive to preserve the cultural beauty of the ao dai and the traditions of Lunar New Year from our homeland”.
